Team & certification

real roots,

Team & certification

What we do every day is made possible thanks to our dedicated and passionate team, who truly care about what’s on the plate and where it comes from. Their awareness of local and environmental issues has led us to earn several certifications, including the “Ambassadeur du Terroir Genevois” label.  This distinction highlights our commitment to local, seasonal cuisine, showcasing ingredients from the Geneva canton, certified GRTA, A.O.C., or Bio Suisse, carefully selected from passionate local producers. It reflects our desire to offer an authentic culinary experience, deeply connected to our region and supportive of local agriculture.

Homemade salted butter

real roots,
real flavour

Homemade salted butter

At OXBO Geneva, we like things simple and genuine. Our salted butter is made in-house, using Swiss salt, the same one you’ll find on our tables. It’s cream, salt, and time, that’s it. Making it ourselves just makes sense: it tastes better, it’s always fresh, and it’s one less thing to order. Real cooking, real ingredients, real flavour.
